This study investigates the effects of dietary bamboo vinegar powder (BVP) on mitigating the adverse impacts of a high-starch diet in largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides). Over 56 days, fish fed a high-starch diet exhibited decreased growth and compromised liver health, characterized by hepatic lipid accumulation and metabolic disturbances. However, BVP supplementation significantly improved growth performance, immune function, and liver health by optimizing glucose and lipid metabolism.
