Addressing the escalating threat of antibiotic resistance in aquaculture, this research presents a promising green strategy: optimized effervescent tablets formulated with extracts from *Rheum officinale*, *Scutellaria baicalensis*, and *Houttuynia cordata*. Through rigorous testing, these tablets demonstrated potent bactericidal effects against *Vibrio parahaemolyticus*, exhibiting a favorable mutant selection window suggesting reduced resistance risk.
