How to get from perhentian island to redang island

I would like to take a day trip to redang island and book a tour. I will be staying in perhentian island for 4 days so I wanted to visit redang island. What is the best way to travel to get to redang island? Is there a boat taxi that takes you to the island?

I tried to ask my resort but they failed to answer so i’m looking at other options as well.
