How to make my feet prettier

Hey guys! I am a rock climber and because of that, I have calluses on most of my feet knuckles. I also got injured as a child, and on my left foot, my fourth toe is almost the same length as my pinky toe. Because of that, I feel my feet look weird. Any advice to make my feet look better or are these flaws objectively okay?
