Kaka'ako Beach Park Amphitheater

There's a really nice amphitheater on the mauka side of Kaka'ako waterfront park but I've never seen an event held there. It seems like some concerts were held back in 2012 or so. Any long-time locals know what this used to be like? Why did they stop hosting events there?
