I need a place to collect and sort pictures

I have a computer, 2 phones, a seagate, and about 15 USB sticks that are all loaded.

I need a place to collect and sort all the pictures (which is a secondary hobby) where the quality won't be degraded so it's easier to sort out my writing.

The pictures are like clutter in my house and interfering with my progress.

(I've googled a million times, chose smugmug and found it clunky and outdated, not smooth, so now I'm back at the bottom)
