gift idea for boyfriend backpacking in bangkok/thailand?

my boyfriend is currently in thailand backpacking and his birthday is in 2 weeks. i wanted to send him something from back home, but since he never knows where he'll be next, sending something selfmade will be hard. then i wanted to send him flowers, but i heard its super expensive in thailand and also he is backpacking so he won't be able to make good use of them, he'll probably have to throw them away when he leaves the hostel for his next stop.

so i was wondering if i could gift him a reservation in a nice vegan restaurant? he is vegan and is veggie-deprived because he was in japan before, haha.

another idea of mine was a cool experience like pottery or ring making or something similar?

it can't be above 65€ because i am a student and i barely have money for myself but i really want to make this day special for him and gift him something and make him smile so ideas are appreciated🥹
