Microchanneling downtime

I’m wanting to do Microchanneling since my skin is a bit sensitive, but the downtime seems to vary. Online mentions that the downtime is minimal but then I see before and after, and people and red 2-3 days after, like sunburnt red… for anyone who had it done, what’s the actual downtime like?
