Hate my mismatched brows

So I’m from the generation of over plucking and I hate my brows!! I get them threaded and like how they look after but I still don’t like the shape and that they don’t match even slightly. What could I do to make them look better? Micro blading? Grow them out for a while then get them shaped? Any advice would be appreciated please 💜
