Using a red laserr hair cap on the face?

Would it be theoretically possible to also utilize one of those red light laser hair caps for hairloss (wavelength 650 nm and 808nm) on one’s face instead of buying an additional facemask? I imagine just wearing eye coverings during the face treatment.
