Joseon retinal eye cream made new veins appear under eyes?

I recently started using the Beauty of Joseon Revive Eye Serum Ginseng + Retinal eye cream under my eyes with the sandwich method to try to fix my vascular dark circles that I have had since childhood.

I am pretty sure that a vein under my right eye that was not visible before is now visible. It is pretty small but still.. Is this concerning or normal? I was thinking of stopping but I read online that Retinal eye creams can make the under eye area worse before it gets better. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and I use it every 3 days

What should I do now? I also have The Ordinary caffeine eye cream that I apply every morning it barely makes any difference
