Ladies, have you found the ideal travel crossbody?

I’m struggling to find one that’s just right: lightweight, wide comfy strap, good organization. Preferably nylon, but I’m open to leather if it’s soft. Ideally, it would have a north-south orientation (vs east-west). Thanks in advance for your help!
