Elbow scar — any advice?

Got this scar on my elbow from a fall a few months ago. It’s raised and kinda dark. Doesn’t hurt, but it’s super noticeable and I’m tired of hiding it.

Been using silicone sheets for about 6 weeks. Maybe a little improvement? Hard to tell.

Anyone dealt with something similar? Worth seeing a derm or should I just stick with the silicone? Open to OTC or prescription options.
