Easter outfit for church and brunch

Ignore ugly apartment background lol. Head censored because my hair isn’t done and censoring my hair but not my face looked ridiculous. Both the church and the brunch place are places I’m familiar with and know the outfit would be appropriate for based on what other people wear (they’re in a college town so the low cut dress won’t turn heads) but I’m not sure the outfit looks good in general. I need something to cover my upper arms because I recently lost a lot of weight and still have loose skin and also would like to cover my glucose monitor which is on my upper arm, so if you don’t like the bolero, please suggest an alternative. I think the bag may be what’s bothering me but I don’t know what kind of bag would work better. I have a smaller bag in the sane color as the belt.
