Grouping similar not duplicate data of various Char lengths.

I have a database of over 30,000 outlets with the task of grouping them by their brand and having a count of how many outlets are under that brand, for example below the brand would be "1 Million" and there are 5 outlets.

The issue is not just the quantity of data but also the various character length ruling out a simple =left() or =unique,

Another example below of different "Acai" brands and the variation of lengths.

Is there a way to automate this or at best create groups that would at least reduce the number from 30,000+ to something more manageable.

Thank you for any help or advice.
